Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about how we work, privacy, and costs.
Is AI safe? Do my data leave the company?
Absolutely safe. Unlike ChatGPT or Gemini, my models run locally on your own infrastructure (or on a private server controlled by you). Your data never leaves your environment, ensuring total confidentiality. We also implement secured and controlled Cloud AI solutions if your project requires maximum power without sacrificing privacy.
Is the code mine?
Yes, 100%. Once the project is finished and paid for, all source code is your property. I don't tie you down with usage licenses or software 'rentals'. You are free to do whatever you want with it.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
Not for the software. Development is a one-time payment. You would only pay maintenance costs (servers, domains, etc.) if you decide for me to manage them, but the software itself has no monthly licenses per user.
How long does it take to develop a solution?
It depends on complexity, but thanks to my agile methodology and the use of automation tools, times are drastically reduced. An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) can be ready in a few months, ensuring quality and robustness.
How do I see the project progress?
Total transparency. Unlike others, you will have access to a deployed functional demo that updates in real time. You will see your project grow day by day, being able to give immediate feedback and avoiding surprises at the end.
Is AI reliable for critical decisions (like health)?
AI is an extremely powerful support and triage tool, but not a substitute for human decision-making. In projects like Mediguk, its role is to filter, prioritize, and detect patterns that might go unnoticed, ensuring there are always "humans for care" in charge of the final decision.
What happens if my server suffers an attack?
We design for the worst so it never happens. We implement active firewalls, identity management, and immutable backups. This means that, even in the event of a major incident, your data is protected and the business can recover in minutes, not days.
